French 101 wih my family

Vivian custom designed a basic french cooking class for my mom, sister-in-law, and me since we have different cooking levels.  We learned basic technics which were very well explained and

demonstrated.  The hands on practice also helped reinforced the new skills.  The class was also an opportunity to spend quality time with my family which I found very special and unique.  I will sure come back for French 201.  Thanks Viv!

Market, cooking and lunch

The cooking session with Vivian was interesting in getting an experienced chef’s

tips on preventing over-cooking, saving dishes from simple mistakes and the extra

touches that give dishes oomph!

Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch which was the fruit of our morning’s labour in the

cosy, homely setting of the dining area in Corner Kitchen. The whole experience was

so comfortable; marketing, cooking and eating with a group of friends in a

beautiful home environment.
