Technique Courses
This is a series of full participation technique focused classes for the serious amateur cook. From the basics (making soup), to the artisanal (making pasta), the brave (tackling game) or the sweets (cookies and cupcakes), we have it all covered. This is one kitchen education you won't want to miss.

7th April 2010 – Rice: Risotto, Paella and Caldretta
One humble ingredient, three sensational recipes around the world. Respect your rice and learn to cook it right.
14th April 2010 – Terrine Making
Take the mystique out of pate production. In this class, you will learn how to make Salmon Rillettes, Vegetable Terrine and French Country Pate.
21st April 2010 - Pasta and Sauces
Learn how to make fresh pasta along with three delicious sauces including the classic Bolognese.
28th April 2010 - Cookies and Cupcakes
Learn how to make chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies, along with delicious cup cakes plus decoration.
5th May 2010 - Stew and Braises
Learn to cook and transform tough cuts of meat into something fork tender and delicious, complete with its own sauce.
