Corner Kitchen is a boutique cooking school located on the charming Po Hing Fong, just a ten-minute walk from Soho in Central.

The Cooking Studio is a 700 square foot chic and cozy area made up of separate central kitchen and dining areas. It is an open space that receives plenty of light from floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that look out to a lush green park.

Kitchen

The heart of the kitchen is a stainless steel professional grade island range from Nayati . The island features cooking task specific open burner gas ranges, induction burners, custom wok ring, grill, flat top griddle as well as gas and electric under counter ovens. Plenty of marble worktops are available for prepping.

Dining Room and Library

Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors give the cozy dining room an indoor-outdoor feel. An Indonesian teak dining table, which seats ten, is flanked by a wall of open shelves adorned with a wide selection of cookbooks and wine books available for browsing.

Environment

The studio is fully wired with a Bose Sound System with a wide range of music choices. Students will get to cook like a pro minus the heat, as the entire facility is fully air-conditioned.
