1. What is our Pricing Information?

COOKING PARTY (LUNCH OR DINNER)

$1000 per person , 6 - 24 persons (up to 30 persons can be arranged with a special format)

10% service charge

*Available by appointment on

Monday through Thursday: minimum charge for 6 persons or $6000

Friday and Saturday: minimum charge 6 persons and $8000

*these are hands on cooking classes and students get to sit down and enjoy their creations at the end of class

*pricing includes all ingredients, canapes session, coffee and tea service after the meal

*non sparkling mineral water and non-alcoholic beverages are included for free

*Corkage: 200 per bottle, alternatively wine can be purchased through us

 

PRIVATE DINING (LUNCH OR DINNER)

$1000 per person* from 10 persons up to 24 persons

*some menus may differ in pricing

2. How do I make a booking?

To reserve a Cooking Party or Private Dinner, please send us an email with the type of event you have in mind, number of people, date and time (Lunch or Dinner). Once we receive your email, we will contact you to  confirm your booking. In the event that the date/time that you requested is not available, an alternate date/time can be arranged. Once an available  date/time is confirmed, a 30% payment is required as a deposit to secure your booking.

 

3. How can I make a payment?

CHEQUE

All checks should be made payable to “Corner Kitchen” and sent to Corner Kitchen, Ground Floor, No.21 New Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Please include your name and event date on the back of your check.

4. What are our office hours?

 Mon- Friday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

(Except Public Holidays)

 

5. What are our cancellation policies?

RESERVATION. DEPOSIT. CANCELLATION. REFUND

Reservation: Guests can reserve cooking parties up to 6 weeks and at least 3 days in advance

Deposit:  For cooking parties, your booking is secured when 30 percent deposit has been received                   

Full Cancellation:  There is a 100% cancellation fee for failure to give less than 2 weeks notice

Partial Cancellation (in the event when the number of attendees change): There is a 30% ingredients charge per person for failure to give less than 3 days notice.

Refund:  There is a 100% refund of deposit with 2 weeks notice.

 

 

6. Anything else I should know?

RECIPES

Guests will be provided with recipes via email. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are not refundable but may be transferred to another person.

EQUIPMENT & KITCHEN TOOLS

Our kitchen is equipped with Nayati Gourmet Series ranges and ovens. Our pots and pans are from the same makers for All-Clad and Calphalon. 

Students will be provided with aprons and all the necessary tools.

KIDS AND TEENS

Classes are intended for adults 18 and older, but we do offer some classes for kids and teens in various age groups.

CLOTHING

We suggest you dress in comfortable clothing and flat, comfortable shoes.
